We didn't really get to know Mason as well as Adrian so it stands to reason that Adrian just beats everyone. Christian's a close second in the awesomeness department.

Adrian drank her once at Rose's request/insistance. Dimitri bit her to manipulate her. Mason was neither Moroi or Strigoi so it'd be weird if he did bite her.

I am an Adrian fan but it's simple logic. Besides, it was partially because of Adrian's dreamwalking that got the Guardians over to the house.
