Hey guys,

Ok so, even though Im upset about Taylor Swifts song dedicated to Taylor Lautner (lol) I am still a big fan of her music. Her latest album "Speak Now" was released this week and I just got mine today, so far I love it! You can tell that her voice is getting stronger and shes getting better at her craft.

My favorite song on the album so far is Dear John. I just love the passion and emotion in her voice as she sings.I've heard the rumours that this one is about John Mayer, and knowing his reputation it doesnt seem to far fetched!

Anywho, just wanted to see if anyone else has listened to or bought the album!

Did you guys see her perform "innocent" on the VMA awards? I had to check out the vid on youtube so that I could hear what she was saying about Kanye. I didnt like the song to much and the performance was kinda shaky.

Lol...so Terri totally random question but what kind of music do you listen to?

Random answer---country (LOVE Carrie Underwood and Rascal Flats), Christian, 'pop'. I normally like Taylor Swift...I just get tired of hearing how she is "trashing" some of her ex's in her songs. However I am glad she "apologized" to TL!!

I prefer to listen to stuff that won't make me shudder or blush (yes I still blush at my age)!!!

Lol...its good to shudder and blush at any age! Rascall Flatts actually has a song that I would like to re-do and maybe sing to my future hubbie (whoever he is) when I get hitched (whenever that will be) its "God Bless the broken road".

I was starting to question Taylor always writing about Bf's in her songs also. I get that at first it was probably very therapeutic for her, but I hope that it doesnt get to the point where she is doing it just for publicity. For now she seems to be doing well though.

and "taylor writing abt her bfz" thing .. i didnt like it too .. but now i kinda get it ...

Like im taking English as a subject at my AS Level...so my teacher keeps on giving me homework about writing stories, poems etc ..
and now i can actually understand how it feels when u dont know how to fantasize or what to fatansize about...
it feels fake to write about something that u havent experienced.. and that is why i have kinda started respected actors a little bit more...the way they potray lives of ppl who they havent even met or who dont even exist.... *hats off*
