Young Adult Fiction for Adults discussion

Here is the rainbow challenge I mentioned. Hey Bluemoon I stole it from your YA group I hope you don't mind!

1. The book may only be used once. If it has two colors, pick the most dominant and that's the color your reading.

2. It can be any genre.

3. Please post the covers not just the names so we can see the colors of the books. Maybe someone would want to read that too.

4. The challenge is from Nov.1, 2010 - October 31, 2011.

Cecilia, I'm excited for you to read Everlost. It's one of my faves in YA lit. The second one is even better than the first, and that's saying something. Love it!

I'll let you know my thoughts about it, it will probably be one of first I'll read for the challenge, the synopsis is really entertaining !

I found that too, my library seems to have loads of different editions for books, which are different colours :) But I kept looking at the books thinking is that really pink?

I've wanted to read Noughts and Crosses for a long time too but I add so many books to my tbr pile that I forget the most ancient I added. This challenge is a good thing because the books I marked will be my priority now ! :)

I loved Graceling! Favorite book this year and on my top ten of all time list. Fit it in wherever you can Piper. It is so so so good.

I'm reading Revelations by Melissa De La Cruz. Do you think the cover is beige (because it's skin) or white (b/c it's a vampires skin)?

Piper Graceling is excellent - use it for brown!

I haven't read it yet, but it's supposed to be a CHOOSE-YOUR-OWN ADVENTURE story for adults. Those were my absolute favorites as a child, so I'm going to give it a try. I can put a little review about it in my post if you want?

Told in traditional narrative as well as scraps from the road -- diner napkins, motel receipts, postcards That might be quite interesting :)
