No this isn't a truth or dare. (I don't think we could do that.) This is a topic is like a popcorn for I have never.
You start of with saying something you have never done and someone who has answers and writes the next question. (It is kind of like Tell the Truth mixed with Truth or Dare.)

Haha...I cried. I was like 8, and it just slipped! I didn't get in trouble (I think it was because I was crying) and they just laughed at me.
