Welcome to the horse/pegasi stables. Here you can get riding lessons from older campers. Some kids may have their own horse. Or just look after some. We do need some younger campers to be stable hands.

First for those of you who don't speak horsey
Mare- female horse
Gelding- neutered male horse
Stallion-non-neutered male horse
Foal-baby horse
Colt-baby boy horse
Filly-Baby girl horse
hand- horse's are measured in hands up to their shoulder, 1 hand=4in.
Pony-14.2 h or under
Horse-14.3 h or over
Those are the VERY basic words if I say something you don't understand, let me know. I am a horse addict! :)

Aqua, I need the best one you got. And I mean, Alpha. ((Please go along that Alpha is my horse and he's very fast and is rough to everyone else other than me.))

OK, I'm glad you're going to take him out he's getting restless. Why do you need him? Aqua starts walking down the isle of stalls stopping at a dark stall with noises of kicking inside.Aqua smooches and the kicking stops, a large black head pops out the stall door.

"Aqua, it's for the quest. The others don't know, but we may have to head to- I can't say more. I'll need Alpha, a Mare, and a Horse. They all need to be Pegasi, but other than Alpha, who's my pegasus."

"a pegasi mare and a regular horse" Aqua walks to the center of an isle and starts drawing diagrams in the air with her finger (which i do in RL A LOT!) "You could use Dime(regular mare, no wings, dappled grey, young.) and if you ask nicely and don't kill her you could use Juliet (my pegasi mare, I have a lot of horses/pegasi,palomino) ."

"Sorr Aqua, but they all need to be pegasi."

"guys can i use your best horse(pegasi) you guys got its for the quest Leo and i are going to build a chariot is that OK?"

"Dani, I already got the horses, and you have to be done by tomorrow night."

"ok"

"OK, I can switch dime out for... Hmmm." She starts drawing another something in the air. "You could also take... If you ask... You could use Mario." She smiles to herslef. "That would be lots of fun or you guys." (Mario is a large gelding who is very excited and likes to rush. Bay. Pegasi)
"Why do you need three pegasi? Wouldn't it be easier with 2 or 4. Unless one is a standby then you need some equipment." She goes off in her own little world thinking about the possibilities.

Or Romeo, or Olympus(he's SO stuck-up), or maybe... No, he blames me that Percy's gone. ...

Aqua hears wings outside the stable and rushes outside.

"Aqua, I'll need Mario and if u let me, Juliet. Thanks!"

Sure, but be nice to Juliet. And if she bites you. Not her fault.

"Okay."

Holli enters "Hi"

"Oh hi Holli, you're going on the quest right?"

"She is."

Dani walks in "Holli can i please use Mario? " Dani pulls up her sleeve and on her arm looked like a mark on a horse bite "Juliet bite me ounce when i was younger and i dont want it to happen again"

"I was going to ask if Holli wanted to take Juliet, so that works perfectly. Aaron with Alpha, Dani with Mario, and Holli with Juliet.:)"

no problem, mario shouldn't give you too much trouble.

"Perfect, we're leaving on Monday morning. Our first stop is-uh..........Oh! We're going to DC. There's something there that interests me...."

"Careful, it's going to be tricky. I would fly down the coast if I were you. It's longer but a lot safer."

"are we going to see the president?""that would be awesome!!!!!!"

"No, were going to the Air and Space Museum. I have an idea...." Aaron said, smirking.

"oh no are you going to take a space craft? and let me guess im going to have to change it somehow to make it work.and oh are we taking a hermes kid? that would help with stealing the space craft.

"We may, if there is a Hermes kid who wants to go. Or a Aphrodite daughter. Anyway, we may have to take a plane, cause were gonna be traveling."

"a Aphrodite would work with charm speak but we should have a zues kid if we are using a plane"

"You could always go on luck"

"ya i guess so but i like to be on the safe side"

"yeah, flying the Pegasi will take u to the museum, but make sure u don't kill them off. If u don't need them from there tie them together with rope and Alpha will get them back here. For the extra person you better find someone fast. (Juliet from Aphrodite cabin can go)"

"wait you can do that like tie them together?"

"Yeah, it's a magical thing called rope."

"no i mean is it like legal like do the horses mind?"

"Well Juliet hates Alpha but... If we let her lead, then Alpha will be mad and that will help no one. If I came with you until the museum then I could bring them back. Or we could ask Blackjack to make sure they get back. But he still thinks I made Percy disappear. so... he pretty much hates me. It'll work. Somehow."

"The chariots will only take us to a couple of places, then we need to find another transportation veicle."
