okay, so I looked it up and here are some answers I found:

"I'm not quite sure, but I guess it has something to do with marketing. Once you go to different places in the world, taste in book covers change. And I think the reason why the titles change, is because if you're changing the English language to Italian it might translate different. Certain words aren't the same in different languages."

"I'm sure there are many reasons, but some of the reasons I've read for the discrepancies between various UK/US versions of the same book are due to the different publishers' tastes. Often times, the two publishers have no connections, and while one might want to stick with the author's original title, the other might decide it's too a) common b) not appealing enough or c) whatever the reason and change it. Covers also differ due to the publishers choosing their covers independently in order to appeal more to their demographics. Don't quote me on this, but I remember reading somewhere that having people on the cover (particular of the half-face and back-turned variety) holds more appeal in the U.S. than in the U.K. Covers and titles in foreign languages are extensions of that. Japanese editions, for example, might have manga-style covers. That's just what's native to and popular in Japan."

OKAY.. about the covers.... I have another question... What if there is a word there in the book in another language, and if the country that speaks that language will translate the book, will they change that word, too? LOL. just saw that in the internet :)

I saw the newest Toy Story in Spanish, for Spanish class, and In the part Buzz starts talking in spanish, he just talked with an exaggerated spanish accent.
