So pretty straightforward favourite non-fiction books, please post them here!

For non-fiction I enjoy reading history and military history books. One of my closest friends is a Marine who was injured in Iraq a few years ago and I feel that reading about men and women like him brings me to a better understanding of him. Also, he answers all my questions about weapons and procedures so it's like having a walking encyclopedia!
