Dapplenose, SUPREME RULER! (not really!) (better not be!) (maybe I will! :P)
(new)
Thanks, Lacy (Dappleose) could use some cheering up. Right now she's pretty heavily drugged from pain medication- it was a monster to administer because she kept jerking her head around and I didn't want to poke her in the throat!
I had a cat like that.
His name was Shadow and everything he ate went down to his hip area so his bladder got clogged. He got thinnner and thinner. FInally, we had no choice but to put him down.

Here's a get well card from my kitty, Precious(Peachtail)

Thanks, guys.
Official updates:
Wednessday, 11/10/10
Lacy snuck out, but we didn't know yet. She hitched a ride in our neighbor's cat and ended up a good didtance away.
Thursday, 11/11/10
We were up early in the morning looking for her, to no avail- she was already far away. Luckily, someone else had found her and brought her to a shelter, where they scanned her microchip and contacted us.
We brought her to the vet because she wasn't using her legs. He took some x-rays and suspects a fracture in her pelvis. There's no thing they can do for pelvic fractures except rext and some pain-killers. So we brought her home, set her up a litterbox and a towel (to lay on), and gave her the first dose, which she thouroughly resisted.
Friday, 11/12/10
At 5:30 in the morning, she dragged herself to my parents' bedroom door and woke them up from her caterwauling from the pain. After a dose of pain-killers at 6, she dragged her self all the way across the hose into my room. She went under my bed and curled up in a padded chair I has folded up under there. Everybody kept going in and out of my room looking at her do they woke me up.
When I came home from school, at about 4:30ish, I went in and checked on her. She started purring when I pet her, so she is comfortable. I placed a toy mouse next to her for her to cuddle with, then left her. She looked very comfortable and happy- the pain-killers are working. A little blood in her urine but the vets said that is normal.
After her 7 pm pain killer, which she again resisted, she is sleeping soundly.

***GOOD NEWS***
Saturday, 11/13/10
Lacy got up and walked-she was shaky but she never fell-across the house to the litterbox, then to my parents' room and hid under the bed. We fished her out and gave her some 8:30 meds then set her up in the chair she likes so much. She went into my room so we moved it there again.
The vet called, he thinks it's a pinched nerve, not a fracture. That would explain why she's walking around after only a couple of days! She still needs rest and is currently still curled up in the chair.

**SUPER TERRIBLE NEWS**
Monday, 11/15/10
Something's seriously wrong with her, something about her intestines. The surgery that might fix it costs at least $600. My parents have to decide how much to spend on "just a pet" because they already spent $500 on her.
I know they're just trying to be rational, but I can't believe they even have to think about it. I'd rather never get another christmas present again until I move out than to give up on her now!

**Good News***
(You can tell there's been a lot of ups and downs)
Tuesday, 11/16/10 (my little sister's birthday!)
She got the surgery! Her intestinal wall, or the "sack" that holds all the intestines, has ripped and the intestines kinda fell out. They just kinda "stuffed it back in" and fixed it. She's at the vets right now, sedated! *happy dance*
