Here are some guidelines to be a possible moderator:
)Trustworthyness - I have to be able to trust you so that I know you won't abuse your power or neglect the group. Gaining my trust if VERY difficult but it's worth it in the end :)
)Interest I'm sorry to sound shallow, but if you are boring, you will not have a very good chance of being picked. I want someone to keep our members interested and to find useful information on here.
)Activeness If you aren't very active on Goodreads then you wont be able to watch observe activity on Piercing Paper. It's essential so that we know that rules are being followed.
)Responsibility You will have tasks to do when being a moderator. Keeping up with events, fashion, the latest books, stores, science, music, and health. As boring as it may seem, I actually find these topics interesting and very useful. It's not as hard as it sounds. I promise :)
