Speaking of Dragon Bones - I just finished listening! Joe was actually Alcide on True Blood this last season. I thought his reading of the book was pretty good but will need to re-listen. I hadn't read this book before and found myself getting lost quite a bit (especially at the beginning) due to names being very similar and being somewhat distracted. Overall, I enjoyed the book and am eagerly awaiting the next book in this duo logy!

I almost always have to have read the book first. It's like I need an overall view to keep from getting lost along the way.
I couldn't wait for book 2 in audio so I got the ebook (love that kindle instant gratification!) and just finished it. Loved the books!
Thanks for these comments, I love Briggs and I've put Dragon Bones on my wish list.I'm halfway through Masques with Wolfsbane waiting. Katherine Kellgren is excellent.
I'm forcing myself to take a break from PNR and fantasy so my mind is fresh and ready for my re-listen of KMM's addictive Fever series, with Shadowfever due out 1/18/11.
Maybe by then the second book, Dragon Blood will have been released in audio too.
I just came across a column from Booklist praising the audio work of Katherine Kellgren. She's not a narrator I am familar with, but I thought I'd mention it in case anyone is interested in looking up her work. http://www.booklistonline.com/Voice-o...
I just saw Dragon Blood on Audible, if anyone is still waiting on it - and its part of their summer sale, so its only $15 if you buy it without using credits
