December 2010: First Day of Winter- (In conjunction with the Reading Challenge #6) Read a book about winter or snow OR read a book that takes place during winter break.

vicki_girl | 157 comments Just to clarify, what sort of book is "about winter or snow"? I'm asking, is a book set in winter okay, or does winter as the time of year need to be a major element/theme of the story?

It can be set during the winter time- that's fine.
