They should've done a season of SGA instead, IMO. Would've loved to see more of Robert Picardo.

I couldn't stand SGU. If it had just been Eli's character out in space, I think it could have been pretty awesome. As it stands, I just didn't like ANY of the characters of this franchise, aside from Eli. At the finale of season one, I just didn't care what happened to any of them, even though they were all in mortal danger.

Do you think it was the writing? Quite a few of them have gone on to Amanda Tapping's 'Sanctuary'

Maybe? I dunnae. It might have been, but it's hard to tell. I just didn't like any of the characters aside from Eli. I honestly believe it should have just had Eli trying to survive on the ship instead of including everyone else. It would have been a lot more interesting, and reminiscent of the good things about Robinson Crusoe and similar novels.

I havnt seen it. Know of any websites where there is the first season?
