Linda Howard Book Junkies discussion

I'm going to add each of Linda Howards books as group reads. My personal goal is to get through her entire library. However, please feel free to discuss when and if you'd like. Spoilers welcome. However, please just indicate that there are spoilers present.

Sarah's Child

I finished Sarah's Child recently. Wow, what a sweet story!! I love LH's RS books, but she can really write a great straight love story.

I really liked this one too. =)

A bit painful at times, but a totally entertaining read. This one will stay with me for awhile. Love stories about second chances.

Finally read this book for the first time, was not suprised that I loved it, since I love all LH books. I re-read all her books at least once a year so I will put this in the rotation.

I wasn't crazy about this book. Sarah was too weak and Rome was a tryant.

I'm with you on this one, Dee. On every point. I really disliked this story.

I think if I were Sarah I would have told Rome, "Fine you don't want a relationship with our child you don't want me! We are a package deal, I didn't plan on getting pregnant, but since I did MAN UP AND DEAL WITH IT OR SEE YA!"

Exactly! I could understand his initial reaction but the whole pregnancy??? I wouldn't want him after that.
