Silver Violin is so special, it needed its own topic separate from the music one :)

Haha yessss :D
Violins are beautiful

message 3: by Silver (new)

Silver there's this guy I met who's really really amazing at cello and he was talking and he was saying he tried violin and he hated it. He was like four or six and he tried it for a month an a half I think and he quit because they were making him start on a cardboard box instead of a real violin and all of us violinists were just nodding like, "yeah, that's normal." I think I started on a real violin though.

message 4: by Sloane (new)

Sloane | 638 comments i used to play, but i quit. i played for about 3 years when i was 6.

message 22: by Silver (new)

Silver I have! I dreamed we were married and had kids. (and were also locked up in a magical dungeon)

But then I got to know him and realized how insanely annoying he and all other guys I've met are.

message 23: by Silver (new)

Silver 1. You don't look like dung. Dung looks like this:
but you look like this: http://photo.goodreads.com/photos/128...
What resemblance do you see??

A crush should be due to personality, not looks. (according to me, that is) How do you know no one has ever had a crush on you? Typically if a boy annoys you that means he likes you. But he probably would be too shy to say anything to you, or too afraid you wouldn't like him or his friends would pick on him because of it.

Um no, that's not always the case. A guy can annoy you because he hates you. Talking from experience here XD

And I'm playing something in Wolfhart idk how to spell it.

message 25: by Silver (new)

Silver well it depends how they annoy you. often they're just getting your attention.

I'm old enough to drive, young enough to be doing algebra. (though I have also done Trig)

which Wolfhart book? I did the first two and finished about a year ago... yeah idk how to spell it either. *goes and gets book* it's Wohlfahrt.

I saw that and read 'wolf fart'.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Edit: Also, I'm about as romantic as dung. This was probably caused by my experience in second grade when a boy wouldn't stop pestering me about how pretty I was and said that he wanted to marry me. I got very diplomatic and sort of used this to my own advantage, because I explained to him that boys have to give girls chocolate before they're married, so I got free chocolate. Then we had a wedding ceremony, I got a free ring pop, and I divorced him 5 minutes later even though he didn't know. >:)

P.S. I think boyfriends should be referred to as 'male counterparts'. I have had many boy friends in the past, but it's sort of hard to hear the space in between those two words when speaking, so whenever I talk about my past people are like, "WHOA LAURA YOU HAD BOYFRIENDS? That's odd. You're not romantic at all. How did this ever happen?"

So I have to explain to them many of my friends were boys. Male counterparts for the win. .__.

message 35: by Laura , in a public relationship with rasputin??? (new)

. . . I am clueless in the world of violin, but I'll just listen and absorb as much as I can. I already know something about fangs cutting goats. Violin is interesting.

She means the kids were being evil when they told her mom that she kissed the boy.

message 44: by Sloane (new)

Sloane | 638 comments ?? i don't get it, but okay then

Silver *random artist girl* wrote: "?? i don't get it, but okay then"

How about this:
""She kissed him, then some kids told her mom that she did it, just to be mean." does that make sense?
