Nala walked in the house, scents of all the different wolves washing over her.

Alaric lay on the couch, flipping through channels. He was bored, as always. Nyx threw a pillow at him from a chair, trying to read the news headline on the small tv.

She saw Alaric and Nix there. "Hey, what have you guys been up to?" She plopped on the couch next to Alaric.

"Nothing." Alaric said with a heavy sigh.
"He's been bored all day." Nyx gave him a disgusted glare
He rolled his eyes. "Short attention span!"

She rolled her eyes back at them. "Of course he has. Wanna go down to the beach?"

"Yes!" he said, jumping up immediately.
Nyx snorted. "Anything to distract him."

"Then C'mon." She got up and walked out front. The sun was shining and she climbed in her jeep

The pair walked out, Alaric plopping himself into the passenger seat.

"Don't rip my leather seats." She warned him and drove out of the driveway and headed down to the beach. It was late on a sunday so not a lot of people were there

He snorted. "Dont tempt me." he replied, sstreatchinh.

"Jerk." She teased and parked the car. She always kept a swimsuit in the back cause this was California.

He smirked at her knowingly and hopped out.

She grabbed it and went into the backseat to change. "Don't look!" she yelled

He smirked. "Yeah, yeah." he called, tossing his teeshirt into the front seat and walking onto the sand.

"I'm serious!" She shouted but she was already finished. She climbed out and walked on to the beach. She ran in front of him and went staright into teh water and laughed.

He smirked. "Hey!" he shouted, sprinting after her

She smiled at him. "C'mon you slowpoke!" She yelled. Then a wave hit her and she fell backwards

He laughed, slowing near the water's edge with a wide grin.

She got up on her elbows and watched him run to the water. "You call that running?" She teased.

He smirked. "You looked very graceful there." he replied. "I think the arm flailing is an extra 2 points." he winked

"oh shut up." She said and yanked him down by the ankle, at the same time pulling herself up till she stood smiling over him.

"Unfair!" he said, a smallish wave washing over him. He reached his hands up for help.

She pulled him up.

He smirked slightly. "See, you do have a heart."

"I just like to keep up appearances." She smiled and ran back out farther into the ocean.

He smirked and waded in after her

She waited for him and stopped and let her toes dig into the sand.

He smirked, coming up behind her.

"Hey" She whispered and turned to face him.

"Hey." he murmured, studying her.

She put her arms around his neck lazily.

He smirked, raising a brow at her.

"What?"

"Nothing." his hands rested on her smallish waist

"good." She said as she looked up at him. She gazed at him lazily

He chuckled slightly

((I have an idea. How bout Nyx arrives and yells at them from the shore and she tells them that an evil were rogue is trying to disband her pack. Ok w/ you?))

Alaric's hand reached up, brushing a peice of hair from her face. He'd never been this way with Her.
"Hey!" he was disrppted by his sisters cry. "Guys! We have a problem over here!"

She leaned into his touch, only to jerk away and take a step back when his sister called from the shore. "What is it?" She yelled

"A rouge!" she cried. "In the pack!"

"Shit..." She muttered and ran to the shore

Alaric sighed. Leave to to nyx.. He took off after her.
Nyx held out towels. "I just got word."

"tell me everything."

"Apparently someone in the pack is a rouge. Trying to kill us slowly from the inside."

"Well thats lovely. A name would be nice you know."

She scoffed. "Im not an idiot. Alpha doesn't have one."
