Andy I started this group to give students, teachers, librarians, parents, administrators, and readers a place to discuss this reading list. I'm Andy Esquivel, the moderator for the list. Nathan Lankford is the other moderator for the list. (Oh, Nathan, I made you a moderator.) We're both teachers in Round Rock, TX, and we look forward to watching this group grow.

Judy Desetti (jdesetti) Hey I used to live in Round Rock too and worked for the district there. Schools were Hopewell MS, and Old Town Elem. My kids all went to Great Oaks. I loved living in Round Rock.

I am now a school librarian and still look to TX for lists of great books. Now living in Lawrence, KS.

Leigh Collazo (mrsreaderpants) | 1 comments I'm a MS librarian in TX. Love the LS list! My favorites so far on this year's list:

Dragonfly
Incarceron
Ship Breaker
Matched

Check out my book trailer for Ship Breaker on YouTube:

Have heard some great things about Heist Society and Forgive My Fins, so they will probably be next for me.

Andy I have been trying to get a copy of Ship Breaker.

Andy Hi Steve,
Sorry, but this list only focuses on a list that has already been created, not books that can be added.

Dana | 1 comments Steve,
If you go to the site below, you can access the Texas Lone Star site and get more information about submitting a book to the committee for consideration. Hope this helps.
