StoryWeaver | 75 comments 1. The story is being narrated by an unknown person in third person for maximum freedom

2. All about something that is to happen on 20th dec 3 days away based on a pop up warning generated by a Trojan

3.The girl has been given a huge table game with spheres on it like planets

4. She liked the blue one

5. She has various characters based on the game her dad designed

6. She likes Ants because they are small and helpless and because the first 3 letters of her name is 'Ant'

7.Father is testing his game but it is exhibiting glitches...indicating external influence

8. Antevorta is so involved in her 'role playing' or make believe game on her toy planet where she wants the ants to be happy that somehow she's affecting the blue planet we inhabit light years away

9. Call it blockbuster ESP or supercharged mental powers :-)?

message 2: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Story is mentally taxing as it is occurring at various places:

Earth
Earth Computers
Planet Vegan-Antevorta's Game
Planet Vegan- Kari's Gameworlds
Sagar's Antfarm

That right there ^^^ helped a bunch. And i think i get the story now.

Edit: The one thing though, the story is choppy and doesn't have a flow from post to post. Let's see if we can fix that.

message 4: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments The story is 'intentionally disjointed'
Imagine 10 people passing...every third person talking about a different place/a mental flashback(memory)....so these tricks allow for the story within story effect giving longer stories/never ending stories :-)

message 5: by (S) (new)

(S) but then no one can understand the story. If you want a story like that, you have to be the best at writing thresholds and ermm! the things that transfer from place to place! idk english!

message 6: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments It has already gained its basic shape Asami.
Now we just need to see what happens .
Something like pass on role play

message 7: by (S) (new)

(S) but i cant see the shape, and if i cant see it then others cant see it either.

Storyweaving, you might want to do another post in the story that clears somethings up. Just make it a basic, long, post that also establishes the conflict.

message 9: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Sure folks...let me try making it into a story...

Something is going to happen 2 days from now..the storyline starts on the 17th of December and we can assume we're on the 18th now.

The "something" is probably the granting of 'computer access' to ants, which are extremely intelligent beings often overlooked because they are tiny.

This grant of power to the Ants is what Antevorta has wished for in her make believe game and that is why these things are happening . The power of a 'child's belief' is pure and mighty strong! The has a soft corner for them as she thinks they are small and helpless 'like her' and have a name like hers (first 3 letters of her name)

Her father is struggling to revert things back to normal in his 'new' video game . A model of his game is what Antevorta is playing on...a 'non video' model made on a table using architecture modeling supplies and stuff so that it is rugged enough for a small child to play with

Antevorta has said that she (in her mind) has been announcing the change to all the other inhabitants...Now funnily enough, light years away a blue planet exists called Earth

Somehow Earth is experiencing the effects of Antevorta's game play probably due to the similarity of planets or the possibility of parallel universes/ parallel possibilities

Antevorta's warning ...has materialized as the mysterious Antevorta Trojan Pop Up....Jennifer is working on understanding it and manages to crack it when she clicks R on her keyboard...a shortcut for 'replay' thus activating Gameworlds on her PC.

So now Jennifer and Antevorta's Dad have control over the game via their PCs. Antevorta via her normal game.

The Ants in Sagr's lab have used the sensors he dropped in and have manged to gain a link to Sagar's Computer. So they have networked with the Human Computer Grid..

We are almost at the end of 19th December...so Jennifer and Antevorta's Dad must do something if they want to prevent a COMPLETE transfer of power to the Ants and instead let the ants just gain a little bit extra...

Hope this helps outline one possible scenario :-)

message 10: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Have put in timelines in the story
Have allowed Jennifer access to the Gameworld

message 11: by (S) (new)

(S) oh my... its very complex...

message 12: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments The beauty is that your effective block in comment 2 helped create Antevorta and her Dad and thereby the story became very interestingly complex :-)

well there wasn't much to work with in the first post, so i guess she winged it to be that way. And you didn't answer me, i don't think. The setting, where is antevotra and her dad? if they are on earth, can they be in a run down new york? because idk if the setting is set yet.

message 15: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Dear Asami,
That's the whole beauty of true story writing.
You shouldn't know what your character is going to do next or where your own story is going to take you. It is like 'a child at the park' , wild and free! :-)

Actually there was just a computer virus called 'antevorta' in comment one. The moment we had Antevorta as a person the story became much 'richer'

A few examples of an 'unconnected' next post and its effect
Example one:
A) Asami : 'kaaabooom!!!'
B)storyweaving: - Kari had switched on Gameworlds and the starting music with its thunder booms now seemed scary
OR
Sagar was playing Age of Empires on his laptop to distract himself for a while.
Boom! Another building down, Kabooom! Yet another

Example two:
Asami : Lalalla lalalla lala la la-la

Storyweaving : Christmas was still a few days away but Jennifer kept humming jingle bells...

So my dear friend...just throw me a jab and we'll convert it into a literal rose

Looking forward to a comment in the story...whatever it might be..from you :-) Go ahead brave one! As John would say 'the pen is always mightier than the sword!'...time to uncap your pen Asami and let the ink flow!

:P

message 16: by (S) (new)

(S) ...

message 17: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Another example:

Asami : ....

Storyweaving : Jennifer had switched her PC back on.The windows loading dots had almost finished making their line
................

OR

Sagar was doodling in his notebook . He wanted to try out Morse code with the ants

message 18: by (S) (new)

(S) i do not understand you post.

message 19: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments (S) Asami So Young 화재 wrote: "..."

Imagine if the above for a post in the actual story.

Imagine you did not know what to 'write'

Even three dots is enough :-)

That could mean dots blinking on a computer or 3 ants walking in a line looking like 3 dots or could be 'Morse Code ( dots and dashes.)

message 20: by (S) (new)

(S) oh. how does that relate to the story?

message 21: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments We can 'always' make 'anything' relate....because luckily it is a story and our story :-)

But I won't tell you ...'here' :-)
post it or anything you feel above in the story and I'll continue and each time I'll come back down and explain the concept, okay?

Go on now, be bold...write anything you want...in the story area above

message 22: by (S) (new)

(S) ummm... i will wait till i understand more.

message 23: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments No hassles, reminds me of a proverb they teach storyweavers :-)

You can bring the friend to the paper
But you can't force the hand to write

message 24: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments @ John...

Antevorta and her father are on Planet Vegan as it states in the beginning of the story.

Sagar on Earth influencing the ant farm - has allowed networking to his PC network

Jennifer on Earth has entered the 'Gameworlds' game simply by clicking 'r' when the pop up (comment 1) appears ...thereby initiating 're-play game'

Ant alphaQ and queen Ant Vorta on the ant farm

Antevorta on Planet Vegan FAR AWAY playing make believe game on her 'model' of gameworlds

Kari/her father on Planet Vegan, the game designer, has his game in the 'beta' or testing stage and is trying to iron out the glitches including the influence Antevorta seems to be having on the game....

message 25: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments I should take you out to see Inception :-)

^^^??? i see the story ling i guess. And it's starting to make sense, you should just post one more time so that i know where i'm picking up at.

message 27: by StoryWeaver (new)

StoryWeaver | 75 comments Go for it wild and free ,John

But if u want to go 'specific' the focus should be on either Jennifer or Kari doing something on 'Gameworlds' the video game.
Do they chat?
