Kelley Armstrong has some books like that. M. R. Sellars has psychic characters, but no werewolves or vampires. He writes really solid mysteries that feature a witch as the main character. Some of the later ones involve spirit possession. I do suggest beginning at the beginning, though.
M.R. Sellars sounds really interesting. You don't get too many good witch books anymore! I'll put him (her?) down on my list. At the moment I haven Bitten and I am going to be starting eventually. So many books on my list! Thanks though!
Mmmmmm... I know of books with psychics, but I'm not sure if I know of any with vampires/werewolves. I will have to take a look at my list and get back to you....
Vampire Diaries by L.J. Smith has Vampires, Werewolves, and Witches (she's a little psychic)...
Sookie Stackhouse by Charlaine Harris sort of has psychic abilities in it with Vampires and Werewolves.

Yeah, the only books with straight psychic's that I know of... don't have vamps or were's in them... Sorry. :(
Hey Sookie Stackhouse of Southern Vampire Mysteries is a psychic. She can read minds, and it has everything. Vampires, were's, demons, interdimensional beings, fairies, mythological creatures, and witches.
If you want an awesome psychic series, check out Martha C. Lawrence's Elizabeth Chase series. It's about a psychic private investigator. The first one is Murder in Scorpio. You might also like The Telltale Turtle by Joyce Lavene.YA-wise you might like Meg Cabot's 1-800-WHERE-R-U series and Kimberly Derting's The Body Finder, Desires of the Dead, & The Last Echo: A Body Finder Novel, Lois Duncan's A Gift of Magic & The Third Eye.
Bingo. Christine Feehan and the "Dark" series. Her Carpathians are basically vamps and many of the lead female roles are psychics.
I didn't really care for it, but I know a lot of people that liked
. It basically deals with a psychic psychologist, shape shifters, and vampires.I'm not sure, but I think it might be part of a series.
goodluck w/ finding something!
If you want something completely different, look at Marion Zimmer Bradleys Darkover books. Psychics on another planet. Loved them all. Fabulous world building.
My Texas Druids series features a trio of psychic siblings descended from Irish Druids, who find love and adventure on the western frontier. One sib possesses future sight, another is an empath, and the third has a healer's touch. The first two books are available for Kindle and in print, the third is in progress. I've also pubbed a short prequel titled White Witch, and it's FREE today on amazon.
There seems to be a lot of that kind of thing out there now. If you can't find any in the fantasy section, you might try paranormal? I don't know, since I've never really looked for stuff like that.
