Mocking Bird discussion

With a pond and stuff...yeah.

Sera came runnng through the park, tears streaking down her face. She sat down at the trunk of a tree. She needed to get away, she needed to figure out who would be her true friend, who would chase after her. "sometimes you need to run away just to see who will come after you."

((That'd be nice, I'm gonna wait here till someone does))

Bianca mind was reeling as she followed Sera's mind. When she found her, she was behind a tree.

"What is it?" Bianca said, the gentleness in her voice missing a notch.

((missing a notch? comforting..*sarcasim*))

((Well, i'm trying to lay low on being a softy...i mean, i've been out of character for a while...))

"It's just that *sob* my mom's always *sob* sang to me when someone called me a a *sob* name or hurt me *sob* and it always made me *sob* feel better and now th-th-the last bit I-I have of her is g-gone." Sera says between sobs.

"Do you know whats worth fighting for, when it's not worth dying for. Does it take your breath away, and you feel yourself suffocating," Raven sang mournfully as she passed by Sera and Bianca.

Sera glared at Raven then started crying again

Raven sat down next to Sera and began rubbing her back.

"It's okay," she said soothingly, having no idea it was the words she had spoken moments before that had caused the girl beside her to spiral into despair once more.

Sera started to calm down, still not saying a word but not crying either.

Raven didn't press the girl, but continued to rub her back. She vaguely allowed herself to remember the times, so long ago, when her mther had done the same for her.

Thats enough, the voice said. Calm and soothing for once. You know you can't dwell on the past...

Sera took ou her iPod and opened music, knowing she was going to be met with a blank page. "do you know any way to get my songs back?" she asked holding ou her iPod.

Bianca leaned against the tree, waiting for an opening where she could but in.
They really had to start the search for Meadow soon.

"You'd have to upload them again, or buy them if they were bought," Raven replied. "If there's another way then I don't knkow it."

"Oh, okay." Sera says, she'll just have to plug it into her mac and it SHOULD work. "I guess we should be going, it's getting pretty dark." Sera said, getting up.

"I guess so," Raven agreed, nodding.

Sera started to head back to HQ. "Thanks." she said looking at Raven. "Thanks to you to."

Bianca trailed behind, poking around the trees.

I wonder what it would be like to be a tree...

Cheshire watched from above a building, even if you could see her real face she passed no emotion. This whole 'a family that works toghther sticks toghther' sickened her. Enen though she was about fifteen she new all this was wrong, no one was trust worthy. No one was loving.

Flipping over the ledge of the building she landed a couple stories down on her feet sounlessly. Her mouth full of to types of bitter emotion, she ran on.

"'Welcome," Raven murmured, looking over her shoulder. "Um, I think I'm going to stay here.."

"Welcome Raven," the masked assasine said, bowing a low bow. Her kimino sleaves to long for her arms. Inside she hid her lethel claws,"you look down tonight. . . can I be of servive?"

"Oh," she gasped. "Hi...and I don't know."

"You are of fire," she clarified, head tilted in confusion. The only thing giving away emotion that wasn't the sardonic grin plastered on her mask.

"Of fire ?" Raven asked, utterly bewildered. "Forgive me, but I know not of what you speak."

"Nothing dear Raven," Cheshire shushed,"I am speaking of nothing. . .very well, I must be going, life is brighter under the fire after all."

With that she yelled a battle cry and flipped back up to the building. And all was dark.

Raven blinked. "That must've been my imagination...."

amy, also a ninja, began skirting the edge of the building until she was right where chechire had climed, and she crouched, ready to spring and folow her, she jumped, landing perfectly on the floor that chechire had disapeared into, and she disolved into the darkness after her, giving a small smile to raven as she disapeared

Raven blinked again, and put her hand to her head.
"Geezus! I've gone mad..."

Not quite, the voice said. You saw what you saw, and heard what you heard. They were both there.

"They're making pointless moves...show offs." Bianca grumbled as she walked toward the entrance, but stopped as she saw Raven.
"Hey....what're you doing out here?"

"What're you doing out here?" she countered defensively.

"I just went out to get some things. It's only obvious to want to come back after." Bianca crossed her arms. "You're turn."

Zach walked to the park, acting casual, and blending in.

Zach held in laughter as he saw Rene, "You okay dude?"

"Zach," he replied nodding, "What were you tryin to clear out of your head?"
