Kaitie (katdjz) How are the Rough Riders books? I don't know much about them, but I'm interested just from the covers ;)

Brandy | 20 comments The RR series are great. I'm not a prude, but they are very very graphic. However, I got caught up in the family dynamics and fell in love with each character. I really hope she isn't finished with the McKays & Wests.

Kaitie (katdjz) Cool, thanks. I'll have to check them out.

Brandy | 20 comments It is the first time I've read Harry Potter. I was a little late to the party LOL! I've only seen the First 2 movies. I have the Nook and I really like it.

Dar B (ruminatingbulls) | 121 comments I liked #s 3, 4, and 6 the best. What fantastic books they all are, though!

Do you, Brandy and Seresa, have any favorite character(s)in this series?

message 16: by Seresa (new)

Seresa (pardoteach) | 29 comments My favorites are Nevile and Luna . . gotta go for the underdogs . . hahaha

message 17: by Brandy (new)

Brandy | 20 comments Honestly I can't say that I have a favorite character. I do love Nevile. Especially after learning of his parents fate. I am a fan of Hagrid of course, I cried when Sirius went through the veil. Let's not forget Dobby!!

message 18: by Dar B (new)

Dar B (ruminatingbulls) | 121 comments I love Hagrid and Sirius, and Nevile is my favorite kid, although I can really relate to Hermoine's perfectionism. The man with the googly-eye and the irritating reporter (can't remember their names right now) both keep me in stitches.... and Sirius's mother's painting when she screams... too funny!!

Dar B (ruminatingbulls) | 121 comments I just remembered who Luna is.... YES, she is so funny and her dad is interesting, too. I like Luna a lot. There are so many good characters! My sons love the poltergeist and the screaming girl ghost in the bathroom.
