It was 8:OO am and Nora was sitting in her science class 1O minutes early. She was organizing her paprers, pencils and binder carefully on her desk. It was the first day of school for her grade 1O year, this year was going to be different she thought to herself.

Patch walked down the hallway and quietly and sneakily slid into the Science room. He was taking Grade 10 Science because it was his worst subject. He looked around at the seats available and smirked a bit when he saw a girl sitting alone,(Nora). He walked over to her and looked down letting his hair sit in his eyes, "May I sit down?" He asked darkly.

Nora looked up and gazed at the most beautiful boy she'd ever seen. "um, sure" she said shyly, blush creeping up her face.

Patch grinned lightly and pulled the desk chair out and sat down in it leaning back pulling down his red ball cap just over his eyes so you could see just the outlines of his beautiful opal black eyes.

Nora looked down at her papers blushing. "w-what's your name?" she stammered.

Patch looked over at her his eyes cutting deep into her soul, "Patch"

"that's a nice name" she smiled, scooting her chair a bit farther away from his.

(LOLOLOLOLOL "a bit farther away")

Patch grinned and averted his eyes over to the chalkboard pulling his hat down more, "Guess it is" He said and without looking at her he said, "Your Nora...am I correct?"

"yeah it is...how did you know my name?" she asked puzzled.

"I just know" Patch chuckled darkly and listened as the teacher Mr.Roswerth walked into the classroom and started to lesson.

Nora just sat there and stared at him. 'who is this guy..?' she thought.

Patch jotted down some notes after Mr.Roswerth was done explaining what they were suppose to do and when he was finished he waited till he picked up the finished works.

Nora fiddled with her pencil, waiting for Mr.Roswerth to give out the instructions for the next task.

Patch looked over at Nora, "You know people get really annoyed when people do that" He chuckled

"shhh! no they don't!" she smiled.

Patch chuckled and grinned then the teacher came up to him, "Mr. Cipriano, please take off your hat" He said. Patch did as he was told and let his hair fall in his face his dark eyes staring into her light ones.

Nora gazed into his dark eyes for what seemed for ages.

Patch wouldn't be the first one to look away and he knew it

Mr.Roswerth coughed loudly, "Am I interupting something?" he asked in a annoyed tone of voice.

Patch without looking at Mr.Roswerth answered his question, "Not at all" He grinned.

Nora giggled, still stareing into patch's eyes.

Patch's eyes boared into Nora's deeply.

Nora slowly looked away from Patch, realized that the rest of the class was seated and staring at them.

Patch grinned, he knew she'd look away. He didn't care for the stares at them though.

"what are you grinning about?" Nora asked curiously.

"Something you wouldn't understand" Patch chuckled

"no tell me!" Nora whined.

"You whine quite a lot" Patch smirked

"do not" she said, and stuck her tounge out at him.

"Yes you do" He smirked even more and stood up while the bell rang.

"how would you know?" she asked while gathering up her books.

"Because I know things" He smirked and put on his cap walking out into the hall.

"no you dont!" she yelled after him.

Patch rolled his eyes and walked out of the school.

Nora walked out to her car and started on the long ride home, she didnt feel like sticking around school today.

Patch got into his Black SUV and headed down to the X

Nora thought about Patch the whole ride home. She wanted to get to know him better, alot better.

Patch parked his Black SUV and walked into the X grabbing a poolstick

Nora drove into her dark driveway slowly, making sure she didnt hit anything. She dropped her keys on the table by the door and hung her coat up on the hook. She went to look for something to eat and found a note from her mother : "Nora, I wont be home for a few hours I left lasagna in the fridge for you. love mom xoxo" She pulled out the food and put in the microwave for 2 minutes. when it was done she brought her plate with her to the living room and turned on some cartoons.

Patch felt something wrong deep inside him, he finished his pool game early and collected his money from winning. he then grabbed his sweater and threw it on and took out his keys getting into his car and turning on the engine hearing it roar to life. It was a beautiful sound really. He then drove down the street and into the country were he saw one persons light on. He parked just on the street and sensed something in the house, he walked up to the house and slipped inside carefully making sure not to let anybody who was home hear or notice him.

Nora felt something was wrong, like something or someone was watching her. She turned down the televison and listened carefully. "Hello? is anyone there?" she called out. Nobody answered. She rinced her plate off in the sink and went up stairs to her bedroom.

Patch carefully followed the girl upstairs after he was done checking the place. He felt someone was watching both of them and when he turned around he saw a figure streak across the room passed the stairs. He jumped off the stairs quietly and chased after it silently not making a single noise. Patch then saw the figure it was a someone in a robber mask and they were wearing all black. He guessed it was a guy because of the fit body structure and the broad shoulders and they had no chest. He watched as the guy looked at Patch and streaked off towards the door but Patch grabbed him by the collar swiftly and tugged him down to the floor making a huge bang noise.

Nora heard a loud bang noise coming from downstairs. "Hello? mom?" she called out. She ran down the staircase to see who or what the sound came from. She then saw two well built guys wrestling on the floor. Noras eyes widened and she ran back up the stairs into her bedroom, she slammed the door behind her and sat against the door.

Patch picked the guy up by his throat and growled, "Get out of this house now" He growled against and dropped him on the floor. He watched the guy stand up immediatly and throw open the door running out and running down the dark street. He closed the door quietly and then jumped up the staircase, three stairs at a time. He quietly knocked on Nora's door, "Nora?" He asked and waited

"patch...?" she asked quietly, strarting the get up from the door.

"Yeah it's me Nora, open up the door" He said leaning his fist on the door hanging his head while he waited for her to open up the door. He had his cap low so you couldn't even see his eyes.

"who was that guy? and why was he in my house?" she asked worred. she opened the door for him to come into her room.

"I don't know but I got rid of him for you" He said standing infront of her. Patch walked right into her room and looked at her turning around, "You have to get out of this house for a while or he'll come back. Most likely" He told her.

"where would I go? and my mom said she'd be back in a few hours!" she said worried. Nora felt sort of uncomfortable because patch was standing in her bedroom while she was in her pajamas. she crossed her arms to cover up her shoulders.
