Fiendlings discussion

I wanted to make a comment about the "Stuffing" story. Yes, this has some horror in it. Yes, technically it is Bizarro. However, it is the comedic elements of this story--the sharp talon poking iconic chacters from our childhood hard in the gut--that I love about this story. And, while it is evident that doing the voice of Oscar is more than a little taxing on Paul's voice, the joy at doing something so silly is also evident.

I can imagine further stories about Bird, Monster, Snuffy,The Grove, Oscar, Elmo, and all the other seriously messed up puppets...

There is no plan to revisit this world...in the next five minutes. I have ideas for at least 5 more stories and hopefully once Fiends: Vol1 has been launched, I'll have the time necessary to get some of those going.

Hmmm... I can see how the book would be monopolizing your time at the moment. However, it is my understanding that you cranked this story out in what? Four hours? Maybe Five?

So, I'm hoping you can have another afternoon/evening like that again once you put the book to bed...

Well, yeah. I was, um, motivated to say the least. I imagine I'll be able to bang out another one. But first, Fiends Vol 1 and then Track 9. Oops, did I say Track 9?
