In addition to completing Diane's AtWi 80 books challenge I am going to try and read the complete works of Shakespeare. This book has been sitting on my shelf for way to long and if I space it out to one play every week or so it won't seem so over whelming. Of course, I could also end up under my desk curled up and drooling.

So, here's a weird thing. I have discovered that it's a little easier for me to understand when I read out loud, not sure why. The problem is that my cat either really loves Shakespeare, or really hates it. When he hears me he brings his toy by me and starts chewing that up while I read.

That is awesome about your cat! I used to have a cat that would come sit by me when I played piano, sometimes he would even try and sit on my lap, although that made me suspicious that he actually wanted me to stop! :)
I know the feeling, you can never tell when a cat gets in your way if it's because they really like what you are doing, or because they really don't.
Yeah, sitting on the book I'm trying to read is a big one, which I think probably shouts 'Pay attention to meeeeeee!'Even now I have one sitting half on the arm of the couch half on my arm, so it's pinioned to my side. The other is sitting in front of me so I can't stretch my legs. Luckily my fingers can still reach the keyboard!
