If I wanted to buy a vampire novel out of these which one should I get?
1. Twilight
2. Guilty Pleasures: Anita Blake: 1
3. I Vampire
4. The Tale of the Body Thief
5. Minion: Vampire Huntress Legend: 1

I need to know which. :D

I would think Twilight since it is the hottest vampire novel series on the market right now.

Anne Rice's books are great if you're a very, very mature reader. And I don't mean a good reader, I mean if you are old enough. That kind of mature.

Twilight is good, but romance, which some people don't like.

Yeah, I second the comment about Anne Rice's books. Tale of the Body Thief in particular I enjoyed, though the title sounds underwhelming. Don't bother with the Anita Blake series, the first few books are good but then the series takes a nosedive. Don't know about the others.

Twilight then Any Anne Rice vampire book. The vampires are completely different in both books but you might like them both in diggerent ways. WHat kind of vampire books do you usually like? Are you more of a horror, sci-fi, fantasy, romance??

I think you should read the twilight series its realy good. The anne rice bookd can get very creepy.
Alexis to answer your question I like dark romance which has romance but also has some action and horror.

You should get blue bloods it is a short book but it's the frist book to the blue blood series but the second book is realy good but you should read the frirst on frist.

Gently Down the Stream- You sould read Sherilyn Kenyon books. " Dark Side of the Moon" I need to think of some other ones... and if you don't mind me asking, how old are you?

I love the Anne Rice series, I love that they are creepy, it's fun getting scared once in a while.

I'm 16. I've read The Vampire Lestat and love that! I'm reading Interview with the Vampire now and it's so good!

I liked Lestat best, and then Queen of the Damned. I'm still on Body Thief though... *pouts*

alexis I adment I may be alittle younger than all of you and maybe a little young to be reading vamp books but i'll read them anyway.

Tale of the Body Thief was a rather good book, I would recommend that.

Dylan, You can't go wrong with anything by Anne Rice. Start at the beginning and read threw her series.. If you like witches then read her witching hour series too..it eventually meets up with the vampires from her series.. AWESOME reading!!

Unless you are 18 or older stay away from Anita Blake series...it gets quite graphic in and X rated kind of way...

I am not familiar with the other 2 on your list.
