Valorie wrote: "I think I'm going to try

I'm going to do
for the flower and
for pink. I'll probably finish them early in the mohth since we are going to leave mid-Feb for our winter road trip and I never have time to read then. Though I usually buy tons of books on these trips and have to toss everything aside to read them when I get back. LOL
Thanks Sherrie and Melodie! I'm glad to hear it's a good series. It will knock another state off my 50 states challenge too! I seem to keep reading books from states I already have marked off!
I've chosen Slay It With Flowers by Kate Collins for Flowers and You May Now Kill the Bride by Deborah Donnelly for pink/red.
I think I'll read
for the flower part of the theme and The Secret Adversaryby Agatha Christie. This edition of Christie's has a bright red heart on the cover and, I could get it on my kindle for only $0.80! This is going to be fun.
Can I count A Hoe Lot of Trouble
by Heather Webber as flowers. She is a landscaper so I guess that is really more gardening. I have just been dying to read it. What do you think??
Jan wrote: "Can I count A Hoe Lot of Trouble

I don't know if the Yellow Rose series by Leann Sweeney complies with the Flowers theme. If so, I plan to read
for the Flowers part and
for the pink/red cover theme.
The Darling Dahlias and the Cucumber Tree
and Spying in High Heels
for the pink theme (good enough with half and half?)
Sherrie wrote: "Jan wrote: "Can I count A Hoe Lot of Trouble

for flowers and Bone Appetit
for the pink/red cover.
Zoe wrote: "I don't know if the Yellow Rose series by Leann Sweeney complies with the Flowers theme. If so, I plan to read

I'm going to go with
for the flower choice and
for the pink cover (it's more hot pink than pastel, at least on my monitor - hope that's OK).
Karen wrote: "I'm going to go with

I'm in. I'm going to read:1. Flowers: Mum's the Word by Kate Collins
2. Pink cover: This Pen For Hire by Laura Levine
Valorie wrote: "Jan wrote: "Can I count A Hoe Lot of Trouble

Well, I think I've taken a decision (or not, perhaps it will change with month, the moon, my mood...):
1.- Flowers: Pick Your Poison
2.- Pink cover: Curiosity Killed the Cat Sitter
1.- Flowers: Pick Your Poison
2.- Pink cover: Curiosity Killed the Cat Sitter
I'm going to read the featured author book
and kill two birds with one stone since I already have this one and don't see any other flower books on my shelves.
from the library.

Edit 2/24
Finished Wreath of Deception; February challenge is complete!
Done with this one 2/23
Judy wrote: "Chris wrote: "I'm going to read the featured author book

I'm done with my pink book. Not as cozy as I expected, but great anyway :)Read: 1/2
1. Flowers: Mum's the Word by Kate Collins

Melodie, I really wasn't that impressed with it either. I don't know why other than I can't imagine my Southern born and bred grandmother, who would have been of a similar age to most of the Dahlias, doing any of those things.
I do really like the China Bayles series, though.
I'm going to read
, which is not a cozy mystery. It's a paranormal romance written by Regan Hastings, which is a pseudonym of my good friend Maureen Child.
I finished
yesterday for the "Flower" theme ( by the way, fantastic book! )I've started
today for the "Pink/Red Cover" theme and so far it seems interesting.
