April 6. The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
5/5 stars! Excellent! I will keep this one for my daughter to read when she is old enough. I will encourage everyone I know to read this. It has such a powerful message. At times, the realization that this could actually happen made me think the book belonged in the horror genre.

April 10. 1984 by George Orwell 3/5 stars. I liked the book but thought it dragged a bit toward the end. I'm interested in seeing the movie.
