Professor Caitlin walked into the class. She sat on the table and put out her book and cauldron. It was still early, and she hoped that no one will late for the class.

Professor Caitlin looked coldly at Kayla and her lips curl into a creepy smile...
(( like I have said I will try my best to make this teacher look like a second Snape))

((Second Snape? THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST CLASS EVER. :D))

Laura walked in and hefted a cauldron onto her workstation, ready for class to begin.

Caitlin looked at Laura and smiled evilly, " Hello, Laura, you're lucky. If you're late, perhaps I will give 10 points from your house."

(( we have to wait more people... ))

Irene walked in the class and looked at professor Caitlin.

Laura shrunk back behind her cauldron.

Aaron walked into the classroom and took a seat behind a cauldron

Jessica walked in with her bags and sat down just in time.

" This is the first day of the class", Caitlin said softly, " That's why I'm not take away 10 points from each house for who go late."
" Anyway, everybody put away your cauldron, and open your book at page 25. Read and tell me, what is Ashwinder egg and its usage?"

Jessica opened her book to page 25 and read.

" Lauren, can you tell me?", Prof. Caitlin glared at her.

"OH. MY. GOSH," yelled Laura, "AN ASHWINDER EGG COMES FROM AN ASHWINDER WHICH IS A TYPE OF SERPENT WHICH COMES FROM MAGICAL FIRE AND THE EGGS ARE USED IN VARIOUS POTIONS, THE MOST COMMON AMONG THEM BEING THE LOVE POTION. FIN."

" Lauren", prof.Caitlin grinned coldly, " Five points for don't read the book before the class and.... Laura, I don't ask you and don't yell in my class, minus 10 points."
Prof.Caitlin glared around the class. " But I will give you five points for your correct answer."
" And anyone know where can we find the ashwinder egg?"

Laura narrowed her eyes at the professor while she had her back turned but took up a pleasant countenance when she turned around to scan the class again. Although Laura thought she knew the answer, she did not raise her hand and resumed glaring as the professor turned again.

Blaire sneaked into the room, hoping no one saw her come in late. But she was always late. So did it matter?

" Danny, minus 5 points. And Blaire", Prof. Caitlin stared at her. " You're lucky 'cause today was the first class, or I will give away 10 points from our house."

" No one can tell me?", Prof raised her voice.

Jessica raised her hand. "Professer, do you mean where can we find it in potions or places?" Jessica boldly asked.

" Places, Jessica", prof. Caitlin said reluctantly. " And Danny, I will take from your house 5 points 'cause you're snickering in class... And if you found my hair funny, then you can look away if you want to..."

((Googling is always an option. Even if it wasn't who would know if you Googled it? Unless of course someone on this group is secretly stalking you... But that would be creepy.))

Talia walked in the classroom with her neon orange cauldron. "Did I miss anything?" She took a seat near the window and threw her feet onto the table to lean back more effectively against the chair. She readjusted her dark green boots.

Jessica raised her hand again and said, "Professer, since the Aswinder Egg is made of magical fire it can be found anywhere, but no matter where it is the eggs will ignite and burn the dwelling down in minutes." ((i googled it and that's what i found.))

" Thank you, Jessica", professor Caitlin smiled coldly. " But more details, we can find Ashwinder eggs in the astronomy Tower rose oil in the owlery for 4 fanged Frisbee..." (( I searched and it say so... it even say, " you can accio the egg..."))
Prof turned to Talia and grinned, " Welcome to class"
(( Sorry but this professor really like the Slytherin, especially someone naughty like Talia))

Talia raised we eyebrows questioningly. " Thanks? No teacher ever welcomes me into class, much less look happy about it."

"Oh, never mind", prof.Caitlin said quickly. " Have a seat."

"I am seated."

Prof.Caitlin smiled back at her, and mumbled, " Those hufflepuff, have no talents...". But anyway, prof.Caitlin here are to teach, not to make friend with those students, she said, " Homework for everybody", she continued. " Everybody had to write everything you know about ashwinder eggs and love potion. Class dismiss."
" And before we leave, I announce that the second class will start after two weeks, 'cause we have the Quadwizard Tournament. And you have to bring your homework here, too. Those who not do homework, will minus 5 points. And if you do correctly, 20 points will add for your house."

Talia dismissed herself from the class by taking the air vent out.

Mandy tip-toed inside, hoping the teacher wouldn't notice she was late. She took a seat and settled her book bag onto the ground with a loud thump.
