I started babysitting when I was 13....a long, long time ago. I charged 75 cents per hour!

Me, too, Mari. I think I did it for 50 cents an hour. That was back in the 70s and I was either 13 or 14.

I also did lawn mowing back then :)

My first job was in a Halloween kiosk at the mall. I got to dress up in costumes and I loved it. I was 16.

Family floristry shop in East London from about the age of 3 months! Unfortunately I have hands like shovels, and have no sense of design so it really wasn't a career for me.

My first job was at a Revlon manufacturing plant when I graduated high school. Lipstick is disgusting before it is made, BTW. It kinda looks like some yucky gelatinous (but thicker) blob one would find in a scifi book.

Cleaning, it was a summer job cleaning a local college. Nothing spectacular, lol. Second job was at a daycare where I discovered toddlers were not always angelic!
