tbr-reading-challenge discussion

I just discovered this group and I'm so happy I did! I wish I had discovered it sooner. I have way too many books sitting on my bookshelf just dying to read. Being a book addict, I can't resist going too long without buying a book but then I see another book at the library or another book in the bookstore a week later and another book is forgotten. So I'm going to take up the TBR challenge and hopefully get some of those books off the bookshelf and into my hands.

1. The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals
2. Victorian London: The Tale of a City 1840--1870
3. The Problem of Pain
4. Guardians of the Revolution: Iran and the World in the Age of the Ayatollahs
5. Speaking in God's Name
6. The Rainbow (This book has been sitting on my shelves for years unread!)

I'll update my shelf as well to reflect this list.

I just started reading The Omnivore's Dilemma. I've finished the intro and chapter 1. If I stay on schedule, I should have the book done by the end of the month.

I have heard good things about the Omnivore's Dilemma, I look forward to hearing what you think of it.
