Okay, basicly, this is a topic to address important topics that need to be discussed. Also, if there are any arguments within the group, this is where solve the problem.
Rules- When someone is speaking, you must ask permission to speak. You may only give your story once the speaker has given you the axe. *Steals axe back from unactive Andy and holds it up* I have it now. If you want the axe, you have to ask for it. I may or may not give you the axe, depending on whether i'm finished speaking or not. If someone proposes a topic to discuss it MUST be discussed- give everyone a turn unless they don't want to.
