Im not sure if Real World is technically a YA book. Let me know if I need to pick a different one. It's about teens but I'm not sure if it's written for a YA or adult audience.
I don't think I understand what you mean by themed and non themed, but I would like to recommend my books. They are Checkered Fencesand The Trouble With Changeby Alma Hudson. They have some sex, but have very valuable messages.
Lahni, I'm not sure if Real World is YA or not. I see that it has been nominated for a high school reading list award, so for now I'll allow it unless other members disagree.
Alma, our rules for nominating books can be found here: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/2.... We do not allow authors to nominate their own books, though you are free to discuss them throughout the site (provided it does not become a constant barrage of your books everywhere we look). Sorry I didn't make that clearer earlier.

The themed one in this case means you have to pick a book with an urban setting. So, for example, a book set on a farm would not work for the themed nomination.

I'll change that nomination to City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
Themed: Dash & Lily's Book of Daresby Rachel CohnNon Themed: Deadly Little Secretby Laurie Faria Stolarz

For which nomination? We have the themed group of "urban setting" or non-themed, which is anything else.
Jennifer W wrote: "It's themed, set in NYC."Thanks, as long as you know where it fits! I haven't read that one. :-)
She's my coworker, we were talking about it, that's the only reason I know where she wanted it. :)

For March our theme is Urban Setting. You may nominate a total of 2 books. You may nominate a YA book (fiction or non) that takes place in an urban setting AND a regular YA book. If you have questions, please ask.
Please mark your votes as:

This is so I know what list to put it under.
Please include the author of the book as well as it makes it easier and faster for me.
Check out the bookshelf to see what books we have already read.
Thanks! We'll get polls up in about a week.
