I'm sorry but you're gonna need a few campaigns under your belt before you start DM'ing. Its fairly complicated.
And maggie take a look at some of the Dragonsfoot quests (But not banked Swamp, Spider Farm, Melford Murder, Pop Goes the Meazel, Search for Herald, Search for Ishtan, Shrine of the Oracle or any that have to do with the towns of Melford or Rasthan as I plan to use those.)
Also check out the dm book's sample quest and at least skim through it to see how dm'ing works.!
