Books Without Borders discussion

Hi, I'm Amanda. I'm a northerner (called a Yankee by some) transplanted to Nashville, TN. I've been here for 12 years so I guess I'm a Tennessean now! I met my husband in college (Belmont University) and we've been happily married for 8 years. He travels most of the time for his job so I'm sure that has something to do with it! ;o)

I have been a lover of books for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who would check out my limit of books EVERY time I visited the library! My taste for literature is really all over the place. I never read just one book at a time. I guess you could say I have literary ADD. Favorite authors include Jane Austen, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, Edgar Allan Poe, George Eliot, William Faulkner, John Steinbeck, J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and on and on and on...and on.

I am an artist, baker, wanna be chef and photographer.
