Does anyone here read manga novels? I have copies of
and
, which are from Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series. I haven't read them yet because I haven't the Dark Hunter series yet, don't want to spoil it for myself.

Are they from her Dark Hunters series? Or are they Dark Hunter Manga?...which I guess could be related. I don't know. I read the first few of the DH plain series.

That's what I'm wondering. The Dark Hunter series seems like such a popular series I'm assuming that the Manga doesn't stray to far from the plain series.
I like the idea of reading Manga in between full length novels when you're in a reading funk.
I don't what the difference is between manga and graphic novels, but I see there's one based on Diana Gabaldon's Outlander series too:
.
I used to read a lot of manga when I was younger. Mostly shojo (the girls kind, focusing on relationships and such rather then shonen, the boys kind, featuring action and fights, etc). I read the Wild Act series by Rie Takada about a girl and her actor boyfriend. Also the Sensual Phrase series by Mayu Shinjo about a girl and her rockstar boyfriend, and the Wallflower series by Tomoko Hayakawa which was strange but funny. Then there's the Mars series by Fuyumi Soryo, the Hot Gimmick series by Miki Aihara and the Chobits series by CLAMP. And those are just the ones that stick out in my memory, there were a lot more. I also read a bit of Yaoi manga (boy on boy love) and action/adventures.I've never read the ones you've listed above, graphic novel or book version, but non-romance wise there's a few graphic novels I'd like to get my hands on, especially the Stephen King graphic novels and the Walking Dead series by Robert Kirkman and Locke & Key - Welcome To LoveCraft - Issue #1 Special Edition and whatever ones go with it.
Kit, I heard of the Stephen King graphic novels. I bet they're good. Thanks for all the above you posted so I can check them out.
Kit, I just read the synopses of the Wallflower series by Tomoko Hayakawa. They sound pretty good; but then, I’m a sucker for a good Pygmalion theme story. :)

I also have all of The Stand graphic novels to date.
I also have most of teh Kenyon graphic novels/manga. The Lords of Avalon are graphic novels, based on specific books. I think the DH ones are manga and not based on specific books. i think they just occur in that world.
I'd like to get the Walking Dead series too. It's good to know the DH manga just occur in the world, and aren't based on actual books in the series. Thanks!

Blood Work: An Original Hollows Graphic Novel by Kim Harrison is coming out next month. I have enjoyed the books that I've already read in the Hollows series, so I'm really looking forward to this one!
