I think that Skippy Dies and A Visit from the Goon Squad are probably the best books in the tournament this year. It's a shame they are against each other in the first round. (I still haven't read Lord of Misrule or The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake or Model Home, but my impression is they aren't serious competition for the championship.)
