I love The Lord of the Rings, A Tale of Two Cities, The Three Musketeers, and The Count of Monte Cristo. The Lord of the Rings is my favorite though. I like the friendship between Frodo and Sam. It's also really intense. It can still be heart-pounding at times.
I like Narnia, Watership Down, Princess Paisley, and The Princess Bride.
I like the Maximum Ride series, the Percy Jackson series, the Books of Bayern, Jane Erye, Fahrenheit 451, etc. There are way too many to count.
I need to read Percy Jackson. I haven't heard of Books of Bayern. I should read Maximum Ride though too.What are The Books of Bayern about?
I started Jane Erye, but it was boring. My friend Katy is reading Maximum Ride too.

Eh. Maybe the third one, where the protagonist is a guy, but my brother liked them when he was ten.

I think a lot of girls would like it. It's not so much the content but the prose that's addicting.

That's a good one! I've read The Hobbit and The Fellowship of the Ring; haven't gotten around to the other ones yet.
I liked the Hobbit, but not the Lord of the Rings. Either there is to much talking or not enough.
I'm reading The Fellowship for my fourth time. I like the Balrog in Kazad-Dûm.
Cool. I watched all the movies even though I didn't read all of the books.
The movies are way better. I don't like Arwen in the special extended version. Who cares if she chose a mortal life? NOT ME!!!
Lol! I like them both equally, but I think the movies are funnier in spots.

I've planned on reading them long ago, but haven't gotten to it.
I've heard of them before. Never actually planned on reading them.
They're hilarious. At first glance they're a bit childish, but once you get farther into the series you can't look away.
Anyone read The Red Pyramid by Rick Riordan?
Yeah! It's sorta fantasy, but, since we were on the topic of funny books I thought I'd mention it.
Nope, haven't read it yet, but I have read the new Percy Jackson book, the Lost Heroes? The Red Pyramid is on my list (mainly because Stargate has made me fascinated with egyptian stuff). :P
I really need to get "The Lost Hero" and "The Red Pyramid". My friend is somewhere international and she's already read both of them!
