I reported him to the Florida Sex Offender Website.
I found an offender on goodreads, and I reported him. That's how I reacted.

my parents i think kinda overreact, but im kinda glad they do.
theres the whole thing about how all the teenagers think they are cleverer then virtual predators, and all their parents tell them that, but they still think it.
well, at least thats how it is for me...
what should you be allowed to give- information about yourself-wise:
everything, only certain things, or nothing whatsoever?

He wanted cybersex. I googled his full name and found him in the database so I emailed Florida's department that keeps track of this shit and they took his profile off.
It happened like a year ago. It's not a new wound or anything.
How will you learn to handle situations on your own if your parents don't let you do anything?

and they dont really stop me doing anything. just warn me a lot about stuff that happens, say all teenagers think they are cleverer then these people etc...
my parents are super over protective that they don't let me get an e-mail. but really im not that stupid (shut up everybody) to open spam or something.and about giving info on goodreads well i don't give my name ( though if u really wanted to find out, i've mentioned it in posts), and even if u would google me since i don't have e-mail you'd find almost nothing on me. (which is good because kids in my grade got in trouble for things that they posted on Google Buzz)

no, im on like 8 other sites, but goodreads is my most facebook type site. and i go on goodreads the most.
That's so inconvenient not to have a facebook. Basically, all events are planned through it. We even have the Junior Prom Dress groups so we can all post our dresses and make sure we all have different ones.
