I've read it in the past. Interesting. It gives good perspective how to handle conversations whether at work or in other social environments.

This is probably one of the least interesting books I've ever read, and most meaningless. I put it up there with other self-book MBA-type books that are formulaic and rote.

I guess it becomes less interesting if you are good at it. Or you don't find it relevant to you?

I'm definitely not good at it. I suppose I didn't care for it because it's not relevant in that fortunately I'm not required to interact with so many difficult people. I also don't think it really works for a large percentage of difficult people. I suppose I'm largely a cynical person and find a lot of self-help and business books to mostly be exaggerating a program that doesn't really work.
