Sorry, Zoey. It's not actually mine. I just copied it from the post that was here and made it grammatically correct. Sort of.




A roleplay is where you make up a character/characters (Roleplay slang for character is charrie) and everyone else makes up charries and then you act them out in a particular scenario. Example, a Kitchen;
Player1 charrie is Clark.
Player2 charrie is Mark.
[Mark yawned, flipping his pancakes.]
Then player1 comes along and goes
[Clark walked up to Mark. "Okay, we need some more herbs. Can you buy some more?"
Mark put down the pancake flipper. "Will you handle this?"]
And it goes on like that. That's boring, though. To make a roleplay interesting, it could be:
[Clark nodded and grabbed the pan, but burned his hand. He grabbed a tea-towel and bound his hand in it, but the tea-towel caught fire on the gas stove. Within seconds, the kitchen was on fire.]
Make something bad or interesting happen, otherwise it gets ridiculously boring.
