Alexis was running her sixth lap around the oval. She hadnt even started to sweat yet.
***Eshaaays*** Alexis thought.

Tatum walked up and stood beside the bleachers. She saw alexis out on the track running.

Alexis did some front flips, to start her heart racing.

"Let's not kill the fun of being flexible and super fit."Tatum said walking up to Alexis.

Alexis laughed and did a cartweel.
"Hey Tatum!!" Alexis cheered.

Tatum smiled."Hows it going girlie?"

"Just the usual, this stupid running buisness is getting old..." Alexis said smirking.

Tatum laughed."I don't mind running."

Allysa was watching the girl run her laps. She was amazed at how much stamina she had. She turned to Beck, who was sitting beside her. "Can you run that much?" She asked him.


Beck smirked and nodded. "I can run more. That's why your mom wanted me to come here with you." He told her. His attention turned back to the girls who were talking.

"I dont mind it but i'd like to do some other stuff aswell. Anyway gotta get back to my running. Not even swaeting yeat and i have another 10 laps to run." Alexis said, she started to jog then hit into a run.

Tatum rolled her eyes. She quickly ran after Alxis and caught up ngoing a little faster"You may be a better fighter Alexis, But you should know I'm faster!"

Ally sighed and stood up. "I'm leaving now. And I'd appreciate it if you didn't follow me. Being new isn't exactly the best, and having a stalker doesn't help," She told him, trying not to sound bitchy. He finally nodded and stayed put. She walked off.


Beck sighed and put his head in his hands.

Alexis giggled.
"Thats coz im not going my fastest." She sprinted ahead with full speea finishing the lap in seconds.

Tatum sped up speeding by Alexis and keeping up

Ally wandered around, trying to ignore the stares of the other students. She sat down under a tree and opened a book she had brought along.


Beck watched the girls race around the track.

Alexis hit harder passing Tatum slightly. She finished 5 laps already, a lap ahead of Tatum. Alexis laughed....5 more to go.

Tatum roled her eyes. She saw someone in the bleachers. She stopped running and walked over.

Beck seen one of the girls stop running and start walking towards him. He sat up straighter and looked at her.

Alexis laughed when she thought Tatum had gave up, she kept on running,3 more laps were finished. 2 more to go. Alexis legs were screaming were her to stop but she didnt listen to them.

Tatum stared intently. She walked over and sat beside him."Sooo"She said normaly"Whats your name?"

"Beck," He told her. "I'm kind of new. What about you?"

Alexis finnaly finished off her lap and skipped towards Tatum and the mysery boy. She put a hand on Tatums shoulder.

Tatum smiled brightly. She gave a playful salute"Hiya Newbie. I'm Tatum."

Beck smiled at her. "Nice to meet you, Tatum." He glanced at the girl standing behind Tatum. "And you are?" He asked her.

Tatum laughed.

"uuuuh...A newbie, Im Alexis!" Alexis smiled, a twinkle in her eye.

"Nice to meet you, Alexis." He smiled at her and turned his attention back to Tatum. "So, how long have you been here?" He asked.

"Since kindergarten"Tatum answered

"Interesting. I went to another school, out in California." He told her.

Alexis hugged Tatum around from the back around the waist and put her head on her right shoulder starring at the newbie.
"We've been here since kindergaten!" Alexis held.

Tatum laughed looking at Alexis.She looked back at Beck"I've always wanted to go to California."

Ethan walked up and saw a group by the bleachers.

Alexis saw Ethan and whistled.
"Hottie...3 O'clock" She whispered in Tatum's ear.

Tatum laughed and looked over. When she saw it was Ethan she smiled and laughed.

"Yeah, it's nice. I wish I could have stayed there," He said truthfully.

Tatum looked down."I think you'll like it here though. It isn't so bad"

Ethan walked over and leaned over a railing.

"Awww,s'not soo bad! I for one actually like it and thats BIG coming from me!" She told him trying to pry her eyes away from the Hottie.

Beck smiled. "Yeah, it does have a certain...feeling to it. It's nice. I just wish my cousin would start liking it. She's depressed and everything," he said and sighed.

Alexis smiled.
"I might be able to help!" She said.

Beck raised an eyebrow. "How?" He asked her.

Tatum eyed Alexis warily.

"What?" she asked Tatum pulling her arms waya from her waist and crossing them across her chest.

Tatum shrugged."I dont know."

Ethan looked at everybody"Wow-Its kinda boring here. You guys need some fire"

Beck snorted. He looked at Alexis. "What were you saying before? How could you help my cousin?" He asked her.

"And how is fire going to make it non-boring?" She asked Ethan.

Alexis looked back a Beck.
"She's just going to have to hang out with me and her depression will fly out the window." She held, flicking her hand in the air as an example.

Beck shrugged and turned to Ethan. "You like fire?" He asked him.

Ethan gave him a wicked smile."Hell yeah I do."He held his hand up and snapped, a flame appeared on his finger.

Tatum smiled.

Beck grinned and an idea popped into his head. "Well, I have this cousin, and she's really depressed about moving here, but she loves fire too. Care to meet her?" He asked Ethan.


Allysa stopped reading. She tucked the book back in her bag and leaned back against the tree. She lifted her hand and a spark of fire appeared at her figertip. She smiled.

Ethan smiled and gave a little bow."Why certainly. It ought to be fun."
