I'm reading the last 'The Vampire Diaries' novel right now. I have another book about fashion on hold--but the TVD one is borrowed from the library so I gotta finish it soon. xD
I want to read the series! i love the TV show TVD but i heard it's not really the same as the book.
The TV show is SOO amazing. It's the only TV show that is actually better than the book.
The first few TVD books are good, but she stopped the series for literally about 20 years. When she started writing again, the author lost her touch I guess. Sometimes it's really hard for me to read, just because it annoys me. XD

I will! :D And I wanna read 10 Things! Both of them have been on my to-read shelf for a while (online only though). xD Too bad I made a pact with myself that I wouldn't buy anymore books until the 15th. :P Because once Harry Potter comes out I'll need to console myself and I'm planning on using some of my saved money to buy books online. XD

I have way too many books I need to read. Not even kidding two full bookshelves in my room. I'm a compulsive book buyer to say the least. And you should! You can get them really cheap too since there's over a billion copies haha.

Thanks for the recommendation, Breanna! Maybe we will read it in August.

I LOVED the movie of Something Borrowed, and I think they're making the second one into a movie at some point too. =)

I finished reading vampire diaries. So I was going for Stefan's diaries.I started but just read like 10 pages or so.Does Stefan's diaries are related to the vampire diaries books or the tv series?

I just finished reading Haven by Kristi Cook. I am now going to read Love, INC. by Yvonne Collins & Sandy Rideout.
I'm reading Pride and Prejudice...I'm really falling in love with the story. It just sucks because I have to keep stopping because it's a summer reading book for school and the requirement is to write about like every 6 chapters...
I'm almost done with the last book in the Mortal Instruments series: City of Fallen Angels. It's surprising but amacing and fantastic anyway!
I just got done with The Summer of Secrets by Martina Reilly. It was amazing. :)Just bought What I Was by Meg Rosoff. :)

The Stefan Diaries is written by a ghost writer. So honestly, it's a bit of both. I personally think it's more like the TV show than the books. Which I love. (: I'm not a huge fan of the books, just because they were drawn out sooo much. The first 4 of the original series are great, but then the rest are just buzzkills. Back to the point, it's more like the TV show. XD

Well I just finished married with zombies so I'll probably be starting the sequel soonish. But first I really want to finish up Hush Hush and Shiver.
I'm doing an Aussie Reads Challenge (no I'm unfortantely not an Aussie, though) and so I just finished reading Finnikin of the Rock and am about ready to start Saving Francesca. Both are by Melina Marchetta.

You're lucky you get to read a book like Pride and Prejudice, my summer reading is to read 10 boring essays.

reading Maid For Love-Marie Force till now i am just loving and enjoying each second of it,wonderful book
Right now I'm reading 3 books. Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly, Clean by Amy Reed (I'm almost done with this one)and Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini. I'm really enjoying it.
I am currently reading Persuasion and even though the language is a bit time consuming to handle, I am enjoying it immensely.
I'm currently reading A Stolen Life by Jaycee Dugard. It's a memoir about her life in captivity. It's really depressing, to be honest. But fascinating too. I'm going to read one of the fluffiest books I have after I finish it!!
right now, i'm almost finished with the first book in the "Bride Quartet" series by nora roberts. Im really enjoying this book, so i hope the other ones are good, too.
I just finished Gods Behaving Badly, which I really liked, and just started Abandon, which I have high hopes for since I love Meg Cabot.

I really like that series but the first one is my favorite from the others.

I'm almost finished reading "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix". It's the fifth book in the series, if anyone didn't know. It's really good. I feel like there's more emotion going on in this book. Maybe it's because they're gettine older, but Harry seems to feel more, or at least he expresses more. That's just me though.
Right now I'm reading Poisoned Star by Josh Tremino. It's a cool little book. Here's the blurb if you're interested:Treya Third has as simple life. She pilots a Poisoned Star, one of the Foundation’s most powerful warships. She lives in space, separate from the rest of humanity. When the Foundation orders her to kill, she does it. When they order her to murder whole colonies, she obeys. Anything else would mean torture and death.
After the humans send in a fleet to retake one of their star systems, Treya’s Poisoned Star is dispatched to destroy them. In every other fight, her warship has triumphed. Except this time the humans have a new weapon. Worse, someone manages to sneak aboard her ship.
But the stowaway doesn’t try to sabotage or destroy her Poisoned Star. As the hours pass and she continues her hunt, Treya begins to learn more about her life before the Foundation kidnapped and reprogrammed her. Those answers might lead to something worse. Surrounded by enemies, questioned by allies, and running out of time, Treya must choose between a mysterious past and an uncertain future.
