Tatiana (tatiana_g) Seeing that some people have already completed the challenge, why don't we share our most favorite books we have read?

Choose just one out of the 12 books you picked for your challenge and post it here.

Karis Jacobstein (yalitwit) | 15 comments I have a couple of books left to go, but so far, out of 10 books, I would say Scrawl by Mark Shulman was my favorite. There is no doubt in my mind that it will make it on to many lists and win many award this year. A+

Jen Halligan (bookandlatte) | 13 comments OK it is too hard to pick just one... so I picked 2 (I was going to list 4, so I DID restrain myself). LOL, I'm not good a following rules! My favorites of the challenge were:
On the Jellicoe Road by Melina Marchetta and Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

Sonya I haven't finished my challenge. But so far, my favorvites are The Sky Is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson and Paranormalcy (Paranormalcy, #1) by Kiersten White

City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments, #4) by Cassandra Clare

BEST SO FAR!

message 8: by Deborah (new)

Deborah I have to pick two as well.
Kit's Wilderness (Readers Circle) by David Almond Kit's Wilderness with the different writing style and the whole town history.

The Gathering (Darkness Rising, #1) by Kelley Armstrong The Gathering. As she is one of my favorite authors and seldom disappoints. I actually like this better than The Darkest Powers trilogy.

Amy Armstrong (missamyalice) | 17 comments Not 100% finished yet, but I think my favorites so far are:
The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin The Westing game by Ellen Raskin
and
I Am the Messenger by Markus Zusak I am the Messenger by Markus Zusak. I don't think I ever would have read this book if I wasn't hunting for stuff for this challenge. Thank you so much for the nudge!

Kritika (spidersilksnowflakes) I still have a couple of books to go, but my favorite book so far is indirectly related to the challenge. I read The Knife of Never Letting Go for the challenge, which I enjoyed, but one of the best books I've read this year is the third (and last) book in the series, Monsters of Men.
