Ashlin sat in her room

Rhett walked down the hall of the castle, hands in his pockets, grinning at everyone and winking at the pretty maids.

Ashlin walked out into the hall and bummed into Rhett "Ow" she fell

she looked up at him

Rhett smiled and leaned down to help her up. "Good morning, Princess, how are we today?"

"Thanks... I'm good how are you" She smiled

"Fine, thank you." He said. "Would you like to go for a horse ride, prehaps?"

She smiled "Yes i would" She reached for his hand and stopped

Rhett held her hand in his and kissed her ring. "This way then, my Lady."

She smiled and Blushed "Lead the way"

Rhett led her to the stables and then to a stall holding a white mare. "This is Syh, she'll be a kind horse."

"She's beautiful" Ashlin walked up to the horse and touched her

"Like you..." Rhett said, patting the mare's mane.

Ashlin looked at him "What"

"Hm?" He looked over at her. "Oh, nothing."

She looked at him "Ok then" looking back at the horse walking around her

Rehett gestured to the horse. "I'll go get mine and we can go now, if you'd like."

"yeah i would but we can share" She couldnt look at him

Rhett chuckled and smiled at Ashlin. "A novel idea, though I don't the poor old horse could take two of us." He went and brought back his horse.

Arrow wandered through the hallways of the castle, looking for something entertaining to do. He gave up inside and walked out to the stables. He grabbed his horse, Midnight and brought her out.

Rhett heard hooves behind him and spun around to find his brother. "Going for a ride? So are we. Why don't you ask the Princess Leah to come along?"

Arrow blushed, "Um, ok" he mumbled. "Would you mind saddling Midnight up for me?" he asked.

Rhett nodded and took the horse's reigns.

"Thamks" Arrow said to his brother and set off towards the castle, in search of Leah.

Leah sat under a rose tralice, patting a sleeping kitten in her lap.

Arrow rounded the corner and spotted Leah "Hello" he smiled, bowing.

Leah looked up and smilled. "Hello Prince."

"Princess, My brother, Princess Ashlin and I are goin for a ride, would you like to come?" he asked.

"Of course," She smiled again and stood up from the bench, placing the kitten down.

Arrow held his arm out to her, wondering if she'd take it or if she was like him, found royalty boring. He smiled. "Come along then"

Leah looked at the arm and bit her lip. "There's no need for pretences, Prince." She smiled and started walking without taking his arm.

Arrow sighed in relief "Thank god there's someone like me!" he grinned.

Leah laughed. "I was worried everyone would be so formal here and most of them are..." She walked with him to the stables and over to a stall with a chestnut stallion. "This is Harrow." She introduced them, stroking the horse's mane.

"Oh, he's so gorgeous!" Arrow smiled. He had a soft spot for animals, especially horses. "I have a black mare called Midnight" he grinned.

"Oh? I think I've seen her around..." Leah led the horse out of the stall and towards to the gate. "Where are we meeting Prince Rhett and Princess Ashlin?"

"Hmmmm...Well he didn't exactly say...But he's go Midnight so they can't be far away" he said.

Ashlin really liked Rhett

Leah nodded and mounted Harrow, bareback.

Ashlin rode up next to Rhett "Have your parents made up their minds about who you have to marry yet" She couldnt look at him

"OI RHETT, WHERE ARE YOU!?" He yelled, trying to get his brother's attention so he could ride Midnight.

Rhett shook his head. “Not really, they’re inquiring as to the… Appearance of a Princess in the Midlands, though they’re not sure yet.” He said, looking at her. His head turned, “Over here, Arrow!” He called to his brother.

Leah followed Arrow.

Arrow walked over to his older brother, "Thanks for saddling her up for me" he smiled, mounting Midnight.

Ashlin teared up and rode off

Rhett growled and kicked the nearest tree, “Ashlin!” He quickly mounted his horse and sped after her.

“Oh…” Leah stared after them.

Arrow sighed, "Come on let's go" he suggested.

Ashlin Came to the water and jumped off her horse ad walked down the water away from the horse

Rhett jumped off his horse and walked over to Ashlin. "Are you..." He didn't know how to finish the scentantce. "What are you thinking? Right now? Right at this moment?"

Leah nodded and turned the horse around.

Arrow smiled "Race you to the creek"

Ashlin turned and looked at him. She was crying "Rhett i love you, i loved you from the time you moved here." She turned to walk away
