The Baseball Book Club discussion

I finally found a copy of "Carew" (the 2010 edition) at a little bookstore in Pike's Place Market. All I've read so far is the forward by Tori Hunter. It will probably be a few days before I really get into it.

I read the whole thing in two days after I got it. Mine was the first edition, didn't have the Torii Hunter intro. Very good autobiography, though. Carew is no writer but it's still a very interesting story.

With the baseball season under way and all things spring happening I was too busy to finish this book quickly. I found it to be an honest portrait of a man and great baseball player. Check out my review for more details.
