Fans of Amish Fiction discussion

It's time to start nominations for May's Christian Fiction group read. I used the list of categories from the Theme thread and using Random.org, it selected:

Love Inspired Historical

Rules:
1. Nominations are open until the 14th of the month. Diane will let us know which book has "won" on the 15th.
2. Books must be Christian fiction, or "clean" fiction to be eligible for this read.
3. Books are chosen using Random.org to make it completely fair.
3. One nomination per person.

Ooh, I've not read any LIHs yet. I'd like to nominate Homespun Bride by Jillian Hart, which is currently free on Kindle. I've read one of her contemporary novels and she's a great writer :)

No problem Diane! :) I figured it might be a good list too for other books to add to our own to-read lists, which are always growing! :)

By the way, I went ahead and just purchased my nomination for May's book since I really want to read it. So, if anyone else wants to read Seaside Cinderella (Love Inspired Historical) at some point, it's lendable via Kindle. :)

The good thing about Love Inspired books is that they are super reasonable, under $4 each for the kindle!

I've never read a Love Inspired Historical, I'm really excited! I will pleased no matter which book is chosen...

I like all of these suggestions so far! And they're quite cheap too :)

I read only a few Love Inspired Historical, but the last one I read I really enjoyed.

I've not read any yet but I've enjoyed some of the LI and LIS books. I love historical fiction though :)

I hate how you can only buy certain love inspired at Walmart (which is the only place we have to buy books)during each month and then they disappear. lol When I look at them I know if I am going to read them, I better buy them then lol. Guess I can get them on my Kindle now.

You can get them for your kindle. This month's book is only $3.79!

The author of this book also has an Amish fiction book called Hannah's Journey

I thought I had this one, but I didn't, so I purchased it along with Head in the Cloud.
