I’ve recently joined another group here on GR called Effen Entertainment. It’s a public group that is dedicated to publishing new and existing writers. Take a look. It’s a public group and anyone can join. The concept of Effen Entertainment began a long time ago, in fact back in the mid 80s. It started with three friends who were in the printing business. They acquired a publishing company, Augusta Heritage Press in 1984. The publishing company had existed for over fifty years operating under a different name.
Then along came the e-book age. It seemed to one of these original owners, that an effort should be made to get involved. Finally in 2010, the parent company Effen Entertainment was developed since there was going to be more than just one publishing company. Augusta Heritage Press is a mainstream publisher, involved in fiction and non-fiction works. Since there is a large market for Romance work, a new member was encourage to join the EE umbrella. Heart of Valentine Publishing was an idea which had come to a writer in the very genre that is going to be the focus of this publisher; romance and erotica.
