I'm glad I read pages 106-110 in this book. If I had not read when I did, then who knows how much longer i would have been walking around not realizing that mindfulness can be applied to one's emotions. duh. investigating the middle ground between denying emotions and impulsively expressing them...phew. my life is suddenly made much easier. Should a regular mindfulness practice be a requirement for politicians and world leaders?
