COOKIES! discussion

I have been taking an free on-line class from my library. Universal Class.com is offering all sorts of free classes through my libraries web site for card holders. I have been taking Pie Making 101 for a few weeks now and so far have successfully made a pie crust, a pot pie, and a homemade Coconut Cream Pie. I have 6 months to complete this class and my next homework will be a fruit pie.

I am enjoying the daylights out of this and am finally making a decent pie crust!

I passed! I just graduated my pie class with a decent 87%! Wheeee!
