((RP!!))

Tina sat in the library reading a book she was supposed to have finished for her next class.

August sat in the very back rows of the library, writing down lyrics to her next song, gently humming to herself.

Tina stood up and walked over to one of the shelves to put back the book. She looked around to see if she wanted to read something else before class started.

August stood up and fell forward and bumped her head on the book case in front of her. A few books from the other side fell off and onto the floor. August groaned in pain and stupidity.

Tina walked to where she saw some books fall. She saw a girl there. "Are you alright?" she asked her.

August looked up to see a pretty girl with black hair standing there. "Uh. yeah. I'm fine. Just clumsy, that's all." She laughed quietly and picked up her note book and backpack, and walked around to pick up the other books.

Tina helped her pick up the books that had fallen. When they finished picking them up she turned to her and said, "I'm Tina, by the way."

August looked at her in surprise. "um. I'm August. Thanks for the help. Uh..." She stood there for a moment. "I think you're in one of my classes, right?"

Tina smiled and said, "ummm..I'm not sure. Which one?" she asked.

"English 11?"
August shifted her backpack to her other shoulder, fidgety.

Tina nodded, "Oh yeah. We do have that same class," she said and smiled. "Actually I was just doing my reading for that class right now."

"Crap!" August exclaimed. "I totally forgot about that assignment! ugh... and it's next period right??" she threw her hands up in the air in frustration.

"Well if you want I just put the book back. It's on the other side," Tina told her, "do you want me to bring it to you?"

"Um. You could show me where it is." August asked. She saw an attractive, shy looking dude walk in and take a seat at a table. "Hey, I think he's in one of my classes too... his name is Josh or something."

Tina looked up to where she had pointed and saw the guy. "Yeah, I've seen him around, but haven't actually talked to him before," she told her.

August looked up to him and smiled shyly. "Theyre right here..." She said, and gestured to the book shelf beside them. "I'm August." She said quietly.

August glanced over his shoulder and raised her eyebrows at Tina. He's the artistic type, she thought. She glanced back and forth from Tina to Josh. They would make a good couple.

Tina turned to look at August and smiled. "He seems nice," she told her. "What did you think?" she asked.

August giggled. "not to be too straightforward... but you guys would look rather cute together. Hey why dont we sneak behind him and look at what he's drawing?"

Tina chuckled a bit. "I don't know," she told her with a grin as she looked at Josh, "and yeah, lets go see what he's drawing."

August walked behind Josh quietly and looked over his shoulder to see the beautiful picture he had drawn.

Tina followed closely behind and looked over his other shoulder.

August smiled at him in his cute show of embarrasment. "No, we were jut walking by... and that's a really amazing drawing you have there. I used to draw, but i stopped a long time ago."

Tina smiled as she saw Josh's face go red. She stepped back a bit and said, "your drawing really is amazing."

August smiled at tina's saying. Josh seemed really shy, so August took a step back too.

August laughed. "So do we! Hey, Tina, where's that book again?"

Tina looked at August, "Oh right, let me show you," she said taking a few steps back.

August waved goodbye, and picked up Josh's pen and followed Tina. When they got to the book case, August handed it to her. "Keep it for a day or two. it's the perfect excuse to talk to him." She said.

((hahaha...you stole his pen? :D))

Tina looked at August and laughed a little. "I don't really think he liked me all that much," she told her, "why don't you keep it?"

((yes! hee hee, i have my ways ;) ))

"Oh, come on! He left it there for a reason, obviously! and I'ma thinking... that reason was.. You?" August laughed.

Tina laughed, "he could have left it for you to find," she said. "I mean I wasn't the only one there and you did find it," she smiled at August.

"Hmm. Maybe. But then, if he wanted me, he'd come ask for the pen. If he wanted you...." She held out the pen once more. "Come on! just take it, see what happens. He's nice, what's the worst thing?" she laughed. "I mean, well... he COULD blush again."

Tina laughed along with August. "Okay, I guess," she said and took the pen from her, "but then he could've also just left it by mistake, you know?"

August laughed. "Maybe... But he's really, really, reaaaalllllyyyyy cute. And, ya, a bit shy. But he's nice! it's just a conversation starter."

((aww...poor Josh :[))

"Okay, but as soon as I see him I'll give it to him," Tina told August smiling.

((:P he'll be fine! and he's got Tina to make him happy again ;D))

August laughed. "Alright then.... but hey, we should get to class, eh?"

Tina smiled and nodded, "Alright, lets go."

August walked over and opened the door for Tina. "Alright... so would you mind.. you know... summarizing the contents of this book?" August grinned innocently at her.

Tina laughed and nodded at August, "yeah, I'll tell you about it," she said as she walked into the room and saw Josh in the back.

August smiled happily at and getured to Josh, sitting alone, to Tina. Then she took her seat.

Tina looked at August and smiled. She took the pen out and walked towards the back where Josh was. She cleared her throat and said, "umm...you left this in the library when you left." She set the pen on his desk.

Tina smiled at him and said, "well I just wanted to give it back to you, I guess I'll go sit down now." She turned and started to walk towards her seat.

August glared at Josh's silence from across the room, hoping he'd get the hint.

Tina turned back around and said, "No problem," as she smiled back at him.

August gave Tina a thumbs up from across the room. She raised her eyebrow as if to say, see?

Tina nodded, "uhh...yeah. That was my friend August and me. I'm Tina, by the way," she said and smiled.

((She never said her name lol only August did :D))

Tina smiled back at him and started backing up.

She extended her hand towars his and said, "well it's nice to meet you Josh."

Tina turned and saw the teacher. She looked at Josh and said, "I'll see you around then." She turned and took a seat next to August.
