um, no. mew still counts as a legendary, sorry! and no legendaries!
which one? togepi, right? and if you're a trainer, you have to start out as one of these starters: charmander, bulbasaur, squirtle, chikorita, cyndaquil, totodile, torchic, treeko, mudkip, piplup, chimchar, or turtwig. :D

lesee...I really like torchic...but treecko is cool too... But then I like piplup...and I also like charmander... and there's always chikorita, who is just too cute for words...
but then when torchic evolves, it's a blaziken, which is really awesome...but i still love chikorita so much...and i love treecko too...
ok. On saphire I have a blaziken, and on mystery dungeon, i have treecko for my partner...so I choose chikorita!!
*huggles chikorita and will name her Kisu*

1) No swearing. Please. I will delete whoever swears, and also delete the message.
2) Be realistic. For example, in the rp, you can't have a Togepi with purple spots and superpowers. No Pokemorphs, either.
3) Only I, Willowmist, can add moderators. That means, even if you have admin, you cannot add a person as a moderator without permission.
4) No deleting anyone without my permission.
5) You cannot defeat someone in battle unless they gave you permission.
6) Everyone will start out with a starter. We are rping the Sinnoh Region, peoples! But if you want a starter from another region, that's fine too.
7) Have fun!
